How these benefits work

The benefit structure at onefinestay differs from a traditional hotel: a room upgrade does not apply to this property. For stays in London, New York or Los Angeles, guests receive a luxury gift basket valued at 100 USD, filled with local goodies, upon arrival at the home. For stays in other onefinestay Home, Villa or Chalet destinations, guests instead receive a 150 USD equivalent concierge credit, usable once during the stay, and its application should be arranged in advance with the reservations team. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested in advance and are confirmed on the day, subject to availability, with complimentary Wi-Fi provided. These are Virtuoso's reference amenities for 2025, and which apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follow the live rate for your chosen dates.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

Is the rate at onefinestay higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Can the credit at onefinestay be used against the room rate?

The directory line reads “For all stays in our other onefinestay Home, Villa and Chalet destinations: Guests will receive $150 USD equivalent concierge credit, once during sta…”. The credit is for on-property spending during the stay and is settled on the room account at check-out; what it covers is confirmed by the hotel at check-in. It cannot be combined with other offers. Anything left unused has no cash value.
