我们的角色

FlyBest 是旅行顾问，作为您与酒店之间的中介为您预订。您的住宿合同是您与酒店之间的合同；酒店负责提供房间和服务。
通过本网站预订不收取任何预订费或服务费。我们的报酬来自酒店支付的佣金；您看到的价格就是酒店对该房型、该房价方案的价格，通过我们预订不会多付。
我们提供的建议基于我们的专业经验与当时可得的信息；酒店的实际服务、设施和礼遇由酒店提供，并受酒店条款约束。
在本网站之外为您安排的服务（例如机票或定制行程），以我们与您另行确认的条款为准。
FlyBest 代表您通过 Coastline Travel Advisors（加州旅游销售商登记 CST 2040360-40）完成预订。您可通过酒店搜索与预订引擎、Jay 发送的报价链接、AI 连接器，或通过邮件、微信或电话直接联系 Jay 预订。使用 AI 连接器时，还适用其自己的使用条款。

价格与货币

预订总价以酒店的货币核对与结算（例如巴黎的酒店以欧元计价）。标有 ≈ 的其他货币换算金额仅为估算，酒店以其自己的货币向您的卡收费。若您的银行卡以其他货币结算，发卡行可能采用其自身汇率并收取货币转换费，这不在 FlyBest 的控制范围内。
价格是否含税、含服务费、含早餐等，以预订时该房价的说明为准。部分目的地的城市税、度假村费等可能需到店支付，酒店会在房价条款中说明。
房价和房态来自酒店预订系统的实时数据，可能随时变动。只有当您收到确认号时，预订才算成立。如因系统或人为原因出现明显错误的价格，我们或酒店有权在确认前更正或取消。

支付卡担保

提交预订时，您需要提供一张有效的信用卡，用于按酒店要求担保预订，或支付该房价所要求的押金/预付款。
提交支付卡即表示您授权酒店：在适用时收取押金或预付款；在您未入住或逾期取消时，按预订时显示的政策收取相应费用；以及按酒店在预订时列明的条款结算您的住宿费用（除非您到店另行提供其他付款方式）。
卡号直接传送至酒店的预订系统；FlyBest 本身不会用您的卡收取任何费用。相关的数据处理方式见我们的隐私政策。
您确认您是持卡人，或已获持卡人授权使用该卡。
酒店引擎和报价链接的预订页面会显示酒店货币的总价、押金或预付款，以及该房价的取消条款，您须勾选确认已看到这些内容。押金或预付房价需要额外勾选。提交页面之前不会预订。

取消、修改与未入住

每个房价都有酒店设定的取消政策，并在预订时显示。请仔细阅读：有的房价可免费取消至某个期限，有的需要押金，有的是不可退款的预付房价。
取消或修改请联系我们（也可直接联系酒店）。取消以酒店确认为准；在取消期限之后提出的取消，或未入住，酒店会按其政策收费。
我们会尽力协助修改日期、房型或姓名，但修改后的房价与条件由酒店决定，可能与原价不同。
我们不收取任何取消费用。退款和投诉的处理方式请见取消、退款与投诉。

Virtuoso 及合作计划礼遇

部分房价包含 Virtuoso 或酒店合作计划的礼遇（如每日早餐、酒店消费额度、视情况升级房型、提前入住/延迟退房等）。礼遇以预订时的房价说明为准，由酒店提供。
房型升级及提前入住/延迟退房等取决于入住当日酒店的实际情况，无法预先保证。
礼遇仅适用于以对应房价预订的入住，通常不可与其他优惠合并，也不可折现。
房价可能包含 Virtuoso 酒店计划的礼遇（以实际提供为准），由 Virtuoso 会员机构 Coastline Travel Advisors 提供。

您的责任

您必须年满 18 岁才能预订。
请提供准确的信息。预订姓名必须与入住时出示的证件一致；联系方式须有效，以便我们和酒店联系您。
请自行确认护照、签证、健康和入境要求；因不符合这些要求而造成的损失由旅客自行承担。
酒店会员号为可选项。通过 FlyBest 预订，积分与会籍房晚照常累计，酒店可看到您的会员等级，会员待遇与合作计划礼遇叠加享受。不设积分计划的品牌（半岛、文华东方、安缦）提供礼遇，不提供积分。

在 AI 助手中使用 FlyBest

AI 连接器可在 Claude、ChatGPT 或其他助手中使用，其自身的使用条款也适用。助手可以推荐和比较房价、估算房价所含礼遇的价值，并将价格换算为您的货币，估算内容均标明为估算。这些内容是参考和估算，不是报价、承诺或折扣。空房情况、房价和酒店信息来自第三方系统，可能变化或有误。对话中显示的价格不构成预订。只有在预订页面勾选确认并提交后，才会完成预订，并由酒店的确认记录。

酒店信息与网站内容

网站上的酒店介绍、图片和设施信息来自酒店及其预订系统，我们尽力保持准确，但不保证完整或实时。网站的文字、设计与视频（酒店提供的素材除外）归 FlyBest 所有，未经许可不得用于商业用途。

责任限制

酒店及其他供应商的服务由其各自提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，FlyBest 对酒店或其他供应商的作为或不作为、对我们无法控制的事件（如自然灾害、疫情、罢工、航班中断等）导致的损失，以及对任何间接或附带损失不承担责任。
在法律允许的最大范围内，FlyBest 就任何一笔预订对您承担的责任，以我们就该预订实际收到的佣金金额为限。
本条款不排除或限制法律规定不得排除或限制的责任。
我们建议您购买旅行保险，以覆盖取消、行程中断、医疗和行李等风险。

适用法律与争议解决

本条款受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖（不适用其法律冲突规则）。如有争议，请先与我们联系，我们会尽力友好解决；无法解决的，双方同意由位于加利福尼亚州的法院管辖。

条款更新

我们可能不时更新本条款；最新版本在本页发布并注明生效日期。您预订时生效的版本适用于该笔预订。

Terms of Use

Welcome to flybest.org. This site and its sub-sites (including the hotel search and booking engine embedded on our homepage) are provided by FlyBest (“FlyBest”, “we”, “us”), operated by Jay Yan, an independent travel advisor based in California, USA, whose title on this site is Virtuoso Travel Advisor. FlyBest is affiliated with Coastline Travel Advisors, through which bookings are made. By using this site or booking through us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book, in particular the sections on payment cards, cancellation and prices. How we handle your personal information is explained in our 隐私政策 · Privacy Policy.

Our role

FlyBest is a travel advisor and acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel. Your contract for the stay is with the hotel, which is responsible for providing the room and its services.
Booking through this site costs you no booking fee or service fee. We are paid by commission from the hotel; the price you see is the hotel’s price for that room and rate plan, and you do not pay more for booking through us.
Our advice is based on our professional experience and the information available at the time. The hotel’s actual services, facilities and benefits are provided by the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s terms.
Services we arrange for you outside this site (for example flights or bespoke itineraries) are covered by the terms we confirm with you directly.
FlyBest makes bookings on your behalf through Coastline Travel Advisors (California Seller of Travel CST 2040360-40). You can book through the hotel search and booking engine, an offer link sent by Jay, the AI connector, or directly with Jay by email, WeChat or phone. When you use the AI connector, its own terms also apply.

Prices and currency

Booking totals are checked and settled in the hotel’s currency (for example, a hotel in Paris is priced in euros). Figures converted into another currency and marked ≈ are estimates; the hotel charges your card in its own currency. If your card is billed in a different currency, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and a conversion fee, which is outside FlyBest’s control.
Whether a price includes taxes, service charges or breakfast is as described for that rate at the time of booking. In some destinations, city taxes, resort fees or similar charges are payable at the hotel and are disclosed in the hotel’s rate terms.
Rates and availability come live from the hotel’s reservation system and may change at any time. A booking is only made when you receive a confirmation number. If an obvious pricing error occurs because of a system or human mistake, we or the hotel may correct or cancel it before it is confirmed.

Card guarantee

To place a booking you must provide a valid credit card, which is used to guarantee the reservation or to pay a deposit or prepayment where the rate requires it, as the hotel requests.
By submitting a card you authorise the hotel to take any deposit or prepayment that applies; to charge the no-show or late-cancellation fee shown in the policy at the time of booking; and to settle your stay under the terms the hotel stated at booking, unless you provide another form of payment at the hotel.
The card number travels directly to the hotel’s reservation system; FlyBest itself never charges your card. Our Privacy Policy explains how card data is handled.
You confirm that you are the cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission to use the card.
The booking page used by the hotel engine and offer links shows the total in the hotel’s currency, any deposit or prepayment, and the rate’s cancellation terms; you tick to confirm you have seen them. Deposit or prepaid rates require an extra tick. Nothing is booked until the page is submitted.

Cancellation, changes and no-shows

Every rate carries a cancellation policy set by the hotel and shown at the time of booking. Please read it carefully: some rates can be cancelled free of charge until a deadline, some require a deposit, and some are prepaid and non-refundable.
To cancel or change a booking, contact us (you may also contact the hotel directly). A cancellation is effective once the hotel confirms it. Cancellations after the deadline, and no-shows, are charged by the hotel under its policy.
We will do our best to help with changes of dates, room type or guest name, but the rate and conditions after a change are set by the hotel and may differ from the original.

Virtuoso and partner-programme benefits

Some rates include Virtuoso or hotel partner-programme benefits (such as daily breakfast, a hotel credit, an upgrade subject to availability, or early check-in / late check-out). The benefits are as described for the rate at the time of booking and are provided by the hotel.
Upgrades and early check-in / late check-out depend on the hotel’s occupancy on the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Benefits apply only to stays booked on the corresponding rate, usually cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value.
Rates may include Virtuoso hotel programme benefits where available, through Coastline Travel Advisors, a Virtuoso member agency.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Provide accurate information. The name on the booking must match the ID presented at check-in, and your contact details must be valid so that we and the hotel can reach you.
You are responsible for checking passport, visa, health and entry requirements; losses caused by failing to meet them are borne by the traveller.
Hotel loyalty numbers are optional. Points and elite nights are credited as usual when booked through FlyBest; the hotel sees your status, and status benefits apply on top of partner benefits. Brands without a points programme (Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Aman) give benefits, not points.

Using FlyBest inside an AI assistant

The AI connector can be used inside Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, and its own terms also apply. The assistant may recommend and compare rates, estimate the value of a rate’s benefits and convert prices into your currency, with estimates labelled as such. These are guidance and estimates, not a quote, a promise or a discount. Availability, rates and hotel information come from third-party systems and can change or be wrong. A price shown in the conversation is not a booking. Only the booking page, once you tick and submit it, makes a booking, and the hotel’s confirmation records it.

Hotel information and site content

Hotel descriptions, photos and facility details on this site come from the hotels and their reservation system. We do our best to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are complete or up to date. The text, design and videos on this site (other than material supplied by hotels) belong to FlyBest and may not be used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

Hotels and other suppliers provide their services themselves. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyBest is not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels or other suppliers, for losses caused by events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes or flight disruption), or for any indirect or consequential loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyBest’s liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the commission we actually received for that booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
We recommend that you buy travel insurance covering cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses and baggage.

Complaints

Contact us first, then Coastline Travel Advisors if unresolved, and then the California Attorney General if it remains unresolved. See Cancellations, Refunds and Complaints for contact details and response times.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally; if that is not possible, you and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its effective date; the version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking.
