L’Ermitage Beverly Hills: Beds, Floors and Dates

28 September 2026·Jay Yan

Hotel research & rate notes · Not a firsthand stay review

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is worth considering if you want suite space, a walk to Rodeo Drive and time at the hotel between outings. Choose the bed before chasing extra square footage. In the 28 September 2026 search, the Grand Double Classic Suite cost less than the entry Classic Suite for 17–19 November, but it has two double beds rather than one king.

Start with beds, noise and the full cost

  • If two double beds suit you, compare the 752 sq ft Grand Double Classic Suite. If you need a king, search the king categories.
  • For floor placement, the Deluxe Classic Suite is on floors 2–4 and the Grand Classic Suite on floors 5–8. Confirm Grand Double Classic’s floor allocation separately.
  • If you bring a car or pet, budget separately for valet parking and pet fees; neither is in the room total below.

The Two-Night Quote and What It Excludes

The Grand Double Classic Suite returned USD 1,898.60 for 17–19 November 2026. That is a quote taken on 28 September: one room, two adults, two nights, including taxes, refundable and not prepaid. Valet parking and pet fees are paid on property and excluded. Recheck the precise cancellation deadline and those additional charges with a new quote.

The Classic Suite cost more on the same dates and terms in that search. The Grand Double Classic has two double beds, not queens; the Classic Suite has one king. A larger room at a lower price is useful only if its bed arrangement suits the stay.

Choose a Floor, Then Specify the Quiet You Want

The Deluxe Classic Suite occupies floors 2–4. The Grand Classic Suite is on floors 5–8 with skyline views. Those details describe particular categories; the similar Grand Double Classic name does not establish the same floor placement.

Lower-floor suites facing Burton Way may have traffic noise. Light sleepers can compare categories with a stated higher floor range and ask the hotel for a room away from the street. Keep confirmed category features separate from requests: a floor range does not guarantee a particular orientation or silence.

Opened in 1975, the hotel has 116 suites and lists Forbes Five-Star, MICHELIN Two Keys and AAA Five Diamond recognition. Even the entry Classic Suite offers more than six hundred square feet, a French balcony, a dressing room, soaking tub and sitting area. Those are useful starting features for a longer stay without depending on an upgrade.

The source material records the last overall refurbishment of rooms and public areas in 2015. This article does not assess their current condition from a stay. If the age of the interiors matters, ask for recent photographs and information about the category being booked.

Compare Neighbouring Weeks Before Applying an Offer

The original searches covered 20–22 October, 10–12 November, 17–19 November and 1–3 December 2026. The later November window priced below the earlier one, before rates rose for December. That is the pattern in those quotes, not a rule for every week or year.

A personally addressed returning-guest invitation offered up to 20% off stays of two nights or more “this fall”, plus a USD 100 resort credit. It is not a public offer or an advisor rate. The invitation omitted a complete stay window, deadline, room restrictions, blackout dates and other eligibility terms. Transferability and third-party use require the hotel’s confirmation. It is not included here as a bookable discount.

Put the Breakfast and Dining Credits in the Budget

Where an advisor rate was offered in the checked dates and categories, it matched the public Best Available Rate. Virtuoso benefits included a USD 60 daily breakfast credit and USD 100 food and beverage credit once per stay, a welcome amenity, availability-dependent upgrade and arrival or departure flexibility, and complimentary house-car use within two miles. Lower public rates such as AAA were also present for eligible members, without those amenities; compare their conditions and the benefits you would actually use.

The published house-car hours were 7 AM–11 PM. Have the confirmation distinguish the daily breakfast allowance from the per-stay dining credit. The latter should not be multiplied by the number of nights, and the returning-guest invitation’s separate resort credit should not be assumed to stack with advisor benefits.

Leave Time for the Roof and the Neighbourhood

From the Burton Way address, Rodeo Drive is about a fifteen-minute walk. The rooftop has a pool, sundeck and private cabanas, with views towards Beverly Hills City Hall and the Hollywood Hills. Published pool hours are 6 AM–9 PM. Poza, which opened in summer 2025, provides a rooftop dining option around sunset.

Costa Covo Osteria serves coastal Italian cooking, and the source material also lists Joanna Czech Studio and Ricari Studios. If a meal or treatment is part of the reason for booking, confirm current hours, credit eligibility and appointment availability before arrival.

Check Four Things Before Confirming

After rechecking your dates, confirm the bed and category, which floor details are guaranteed, the cancellation and prepayment terms, and the extra fees and dining benefits. Jay can pass on your orientation and quiet-room requests; the booking confirmation and the hotel’s response should distinguish those requests from confirmed features.

Rate basis: all figures are live rate pulls from the booking system taken on 28 September 2026 — same hotel, same room (the 752 sq ft Grand Double Classic Suite; the comparison with the Classic Suite uses the same dates and terms), one room, two adults, two nights, total after tax in USD, refundable and not prepaid. The four arrival windows are 20–22 October, 10–12 November, 17–19 November and 1–3 December 2026. Rates move with availability and the rate at the time of booking governs; valet parking and pet fees are paid on property and are not in the totals above. That discount comes from an invitation emailed by name to guests who have stayed: “up to 20% off a stay of two nights or more, along with a $100 resort credit,” with the timing given only as “this fall.” It states no deadline, stay window, base rate, room-type restriction, redemption scope, blackout dates or transferability. It is neither a public promotion nor an advisor rate, and whether it can apply to a third party is subject to the hotel’s confirmation. Wherever an advisor rate was offered across the four windows, it matched the public Best Available Rate exactly; the public side also carries lower member rates such as AAA, which carry no amenities. The amenity terms as published read: $60 daily breakfast credit, $100 food and beverage credit once per stay, complimentary upgrade based on availability, flexible check-in and check-out, welcome amenity, and complimentary house car within a two-mile radius. Property details (all-suite inventory, MICHELIN Two Keys, Poza, rooftop pool hours, parking and pet fees, weather and event dates) were verified against public sources as of September 2026.
