Is it really free?
Yes. There is no fee for using FlyBest. You pay the hotel for your stay, as you would booking direct.
What are “advisor perks”?
Many luxury hotels give guests booked through a travel advisor extras at the same price as the public rate: typically daily breakfast for two, a hotel credit, an upgrade on arrival when available, and early check-in or late check-out. FlyBest shows them on the rates that carry them, next to the public rate. Partner rates come from Virtuoso and the hotel groups’ own advisor programmes, booked through Coastline Travel Advisors, a Virtuoso member agency.
Do I still earn hotel points and elite nights?
Yes. Your booking is made with the hotel on its own rates. Give your loyalty number and your points, elite nights and status benefits apply as usual, on top of the advisor perks. (Brands without a points programme, such as Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental and Aman, give benefits rather than points.)
How do I connect it?
In Claude, open the connector directory, search “FlyBest” and press Connect, or use the button on this page. You sign in with your e-mail address and a six-digit code. Then just ask for a hotel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within the rate’s own terms. Ask Claude to show your bookings and cancel one: it shows the cancellation terms accepted at booking first and only cancels after you confirm.
Travelling with children?
The payment link books the adults; your advisor then confirms the children and any extra-person charge or bedding with the hotel and gets back to you. For non-refundable rates with children, e-mail [email protected].
Does it book flights?
