How these benefits work

Palmaia - The House of AiA keeps its benefits simple in practice. The upgrade is confirmed on arrival, based on what is available that day, and is never held in advance. Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom is already included in the property rate. A $100 USD equivalent resort or hotel credit, settled in local currency, is applied to charges during the stay, cannot be combined with other offers, is not valid against the room rate, and has no cash value if not used in full. Early check-in and late check-out are requested ahead of time and confirmed on the day, subject to availability. These are the Virtuoso reference amenities for 2026, and which of them applies, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follows the live rate for the dates you choose.
