How these benefits work

Breakfast is served daily for up to two guests per bedroom, in the restaurant or via in-room dining, and is already included in the property rate. During the stay a 100 USD equivalent resort credit is also charged to the room account, not combinable with other offers, not valid against the room rate, and with no cash value if it goes unredeemed. Room upgrades are confirmed on arrival according to that day's availability, not held in advance. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested ahead but are only confirmed on the day, subject to availability. These are the 2026 Virtuoso reference amenities; what actually applies, the rate, and the cancellation terms follow the live rate for your dates.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

Is the rate at Nihi Sumba higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Nihi Sumba guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

Can the credit at Nihi Sumba be used against the room rate?

The directory line reads “$100 USD equivalent Resort or Hotel credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)”. The credit is for on-property spending during the stay, settled on the room account at check-out, and cannot be applied to the room rate. It cannot be combined with other offers. Anything left unused has no cash value.

How is breakfast handled at Nihi Sumba?

The directory line reads “Daily Breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant and via in-room dining (already included in property rates)”. Breakfast is already part of the room rate here.
