How these benefits work

At Il Sereno, breakfast is already included in the property rate and is served daily for up to two guests per bedroom, either in the restaurant or as in-room dining. A 100 USD equivalent resort or hotel credit is also provided for use during the stay, and it cannot be combined with other offers, does not apply to the room rate, and has no cash value if left unused. The room upgrade is confirmed on arrival according to what is unsold that day, so it is never held in advance. Early check-in and late check-out work the same way, requested ahead of time but only confirmed on the day itself. These are the Virtuoso reference amenities for 2026, and which of them applies, together with the rate and cancellation terms, follows the live rate for the dates you select.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

Is the rate at Il Sereno higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Il Sereno guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

Can the credit at Il Sereno be used against the room rate?

The directory line reads “$100 USD equivalent Resort or Hotel credit to be utilized during stay (Not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)”. The credit is for on-property spending during the stay, settled on the room account at check-out, and cannot be applied to the room rate. It cannot be combined with other offers. Anything left unused has no cash value.

How is breakfast handled at Il Sereno?

The directory line reads “Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant and via in-room dining (already included in property rates)”. Breakfast is already part of the room rate here.
