How these benefits work

Any upgrade here is confirmed on arrival, based on what remains unsold that day, and is not held in advance. Daily breakfast comes as a $38 per-person credit, covering up to two guests per bedroom, usable in the restaurant or via in-room dining, and the credit does not carry over day to day. Guests also receive a $100 USD resort or hotel credit for use during the stay, posted to the room account; it is not combinable with other offers, not valid on the room rate, and has no cash value if unused. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested ahead but are confirmed only on the day. These are the Virtuoso reference amenities for 2026, and which apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follow the live rate for the dates you choose.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

Is the rate at The Sebastian - Vail - A Timbers Resort higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. The directory line reads “Daily breakfast credit of $38 per person for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant and via in-room dining (credit is non-cumulative)”. Guests or dishes beyond what the line covers are charged by the hotel at its own prices.
