How these benefits work

At this property, an upgrade is confirmed on arrival based on that day's availability, not reserved ahead. Breakfast is provided as a 45 USD per person credit, for up to two guests per bedroom, usable in the restaurant or via in-room dining, and the credit does not carry over day to day. A separate 100 USD equivalent food and beverage credit is applied during the stay; it cannot be combined with other offers, does not apply to the room rate, and has no cash value if unused. Guests also receive a branded Loren tote bag and two complimentary welcome cocktails for up to two guests per room. Early check-in and late check-out are requested in advance and confirmed on the day. These are the Virtuoso 2026 reference amenities, and whether they apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follows the live rate for the dates you choose.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised.
