How these benefits work

Any room upgrade here is confirmed on arrival, subject to what remains unsold that day, so it is never held in advance. Breakfast is already included in the property rate and is served daily in the restaurant for up to two guests per bedroom. A $100 USD resort or hotel credit is also available to use during the stay, applied to the room account; it cannot be combined with other offers, does not apply to the room rate, and has no cash value if not fully used. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested ahead but are confirmed on the day based on availability, and Wi-Fi is complimentary. These are the Virtuoso reference amenities for 2025, and which apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follow the live rate for your chosen dates.

Is the rate at Sierra Grande, A Ted Turner Retreat higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Sierra Grande, A Ted Turner Retreat guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

Can the credit at Sierra Grande, A Ted Turner Retreat be used against the room rate?

The directory line reads “$100 USD Resort or Hotel credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)”. The credit is for on-property spending during the stay, settled on the room account at check-out, and cannot be applied to the room rate. It cannot be combined with other offers. Anything left unused has no cash value.

How is breakfast handled at Sierra Grande, A Ted Turner Retreat?

The directory line reads “Daily Breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant (already included in property rates)”. Breakfast is already part of the room rate here.
