Frequently asked questions

Which Virtuoso amenities does Motu Nao Nao offer through an advisor booking?

The Virtuoso 2026 directory lists 4 amenities for this hotel: Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability; Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant and via in-room (already included in property rates); Complimentary one-way private airport transfers (must have minimum value of $100 USD equivalent); Early Check-In / Late Check-Out, subject to availability. Is the rate at Motu Nao Nao higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Motu Nao Nao guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

How is breakfast handled at Motu Nao Nao?

The directory line reads “Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant and via in-room (already included in property rates)”. Breakfast is already part of the room rate here.
