How these benefits work

The upgrade at this camp is confirmed on arrival, depending on what is unsold that day. Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant for up to two guests per bedroom and is already included in the property rate. Each adult receives one complimentary 45-minute massage, once during the stay. Early check-in and late check-out are requested in advance and confirmed on the day; due to local conservation commitments, the property offers a personalized verbal welcome rather than a written note. These are the Virtuoso 2026 reference amenities, and whether they apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follows the live rate for the dates you choose.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

Is the rate at Jack's Camp higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Jack's Camp guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant (already included in property…”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.
