How these benefits work

At Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St Moritz, the upgrade is handled on arrival and depends entirely on what remains unsold that day, never a standing promise. Breakfast is served for up to two guests per bedroom in the restaurant and is already built into the property rate. A 100 USD equivalent resort or hotel credit applies per stay, not combinable with other offers, not valid on the room rate, and with no cash value if unused. Late check-out and early check-in are likewise subject to whatever availability exists on the day. These are the 2026 Virtuoso reference amenities, and which of them apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follow the live rate for the dates selected.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

Is the rate at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St Moritz higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St Moritz guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

The directory line reads “$100 USD equivalent Resort or Hotel credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)”.
