How these benefits work

When booking Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, here is how the benefits apply. The room upgrade is confirmed on arrival based on same-day availability, but this excludes Cabana Studios and Suites. The daily breakfast credit is $60 per person, for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant or via in-room dining, and does not carry over. A separate $100 USD equivalent Food & Beverage credit is available during the stay, is not combinable, cannot be applied to the room rate, and has no cash value if not redeemed in full. Early check-in and late check-out are requested ahead and confirmed on the day, and complimentary Wi-Fi is also included. These are the Virtuoso reference amenities for 2025, and which apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follow the live rate for your chosen dates.

Is the rate at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability (excludes Cabana Studios and Suites)”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

Can the credit at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club be used against the room rate?

The directory line reads “$100 USD equivalent Food & Beverage credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)”. The credit is for on-property spending during the stay, settled on the room account at check-out, and cannot be applied to the room rate. It cannot be combined with other offers. Anything left unused has no cash value.

How is breakfast handled at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club?

The directory line reads “Daily breakfast credit of $60 per person, for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant and via in-room dining (credit is non-cumulative)”. Guests or dishes beyond what the line covers are charged by the hotel at its own prices.
