How these benefits work

At Eleven Deplar Farm, upgrades are given on arrival and are subject to whatever inventory is unsold that day, so they are confirmed at check-in rather than promised in advance. Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant for up to two guests per bedroom and is already included in the property rate. A 200 USD equivalent resort and hotel credit is provided for use during the stay, non-combinable and with no cash value if unused; stays of five or more nights add a further 200 USD (400 USD total), and stays of seven or more nights add a further 400 USD (600 USD total). Early check-in and late check-out can be requested in advance but are only confirmed on the day. These are the Virtuoso reference amenities for 2026; which apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follow the live rate for your chosen dates.

Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

Frequently asked questions

Which Virtuoso amenities does Eleven Deplar Farm offer through an advisor booking?

The Virtuoso 2026 directory lists 6 amenities for this hotel: Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability; Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant (already included in property rates); $200 USD equivalent Resort & Hotel credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if no…; Stays of 5+ nights will receive an additional $200 Resort or Hotel credit (for a total of $400 during stay); Stays of 7+ nights will receive an additional $400 Resort or Hotel credit (for a total of $600 during stay); Early check-in / Late check-out, subject to availability. These are the reference amenities from the directory; which of them applies follows the live rate for the dates you choose.

Is the rate at Eleven Deplar Farm higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Eleven Deplar Farm guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

Can the credit at Eleven Deplar Farm be used against the room rate?

The directory line reads “$200 USD equivalent Resort & Hotel credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)”. The credit is for on-property spending during the stay, settled on the room account at check-out, and cannot be applied to the room rate. It cannot be combined with other offers. Anything left unused has no cash value.

How is breakfast handled at Eleven Deplar Farm?

The directory line reads “Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant (already included in property rates)”. Breakfast is already part of the room rate here.
