Early check-in and late check-out can be requested ahead of time and are confirmed on the day, subject to availability. Frequently asked questions

Which Virtuoso amenities does Casadelmar offer through an advisor booking?

The Virtuoso 2026 directory lists 4 amenities for this hotel: Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability; Daily Buffet Breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom per stay, served in the hotel restaurant; Complimentary 50-minute massage per person, for up to two guests per room, once during stay; Early Check-In / Late Check-Out, subject to availability. These are the reference amenities from the directory; which of them applies follows the live rate for the dates you choose.

Is the rate at Casadelmar higher when you book through FlyBest?

No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.

Is the room upgrade at Casadelmar guaranteed?

No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.

How is breakfast handled at Casadelmar?

The directory line reads “Daily Buffet Breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom per stay, served in the hotel restaurant”. Guests or dishes beyond what the line covers are charged by the hotel at its own prices.
