How these benefits work
1 Hotel Hanalei Bay serves a daily buffet breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom in the restaurant. A $100 USD equivalent hotel credit is applied to the room account, usable toward food and beverage outlets or spa services during the stay, not combinable with other offers, not valid on the room rate, and with no cash value if not redeemed in full. Any upgrade is confirmed on arrival based on availability that day rather than held ahead of time. Early check-in and late check-out are requested in advance and confirmed on the day. These are the Virtuoso reference amenities for 2026, and whichever apply, along with the rate and cancellation terms, follow the live rate for the dates chosen.
Pick your dates and the button carries them into the live rate page; leave them empty and it still works.

- The Virtuoso 2026 directory lists 4 amenities for this hotel: Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability; Daily Buffet breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant; $100 USD equivalent Hotel Credit, applicable towards our Food & Beverage outlets or towards Spa Services, to be utilized during s…; Early check-in / Late check-out, subject to availability. - Is the rate at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay higher when you book through FlyBest?
- No. The live rate comes from the hotel's own inventory; we add no mark-up and charge no service fee. A rate carrying the Virtuoso amenities is normally the same price as the public rate for the same room, though different rate codes can differ in price, breakfast and cancellation terms, so the live rate page is what to go by before you book.
- Is the room upgrade at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay guaranteed?
- No. The directory line reads “Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability”: the hotel arranges it from whatever is unsold that day, so it cannot be locked in beforehand and a particular room type cannot be promised. If the upgrade matters for this trip, say so when you book and we will put the request to the hotel.
- How is breakfast handled at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay?
- The directory line reads “Daily Buffet breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant”. Guests or dishes beyond what the line covers are charged by the hotel at its own prices.
