我们的角色

FlyBest 是旅行顾问，作为您与酒店之间的中介为您预订。您的住宿合同是您与酒店之间的合同；酒店负责提供房间和服务。
通过本网站预订不收取任何预订费或服务费。我们的报酬来自酒店支付的佣金；您看到的价格就是酒店对该房型、该房价方案的价格，通过我们预订不会多付。
我们提供的建议基于我们的专业经验与当时可得的信息；酒店的实际服务、设施和礼遇由酒店提供，并受酒店条款约束。
在本网站之外为您安排的服务（例如机票或定制行程），以我们与您另行确认的条款为准。

价格与货币

房价以酒店的货币显示与结算（例如巴黎的酒店以欧元计价）。若您的银行卡以其他货币结算，发卡行可能采用其自身汇率并收取货币转换费，这不在 FlyBest 的控制范围内。
价格是否含税、含服务费、含早餐等，以预订时该房价的说明为准。部分目的地的城市税、度假村费等可能需到店支付，酒店会在房价条款中说明。
房价和房态来自酒店预订系统的实时数据，可能随时变动。只有当您收到确认号时，预订才算成立。如因系统或人为原因出现明显错误的价格，我们或酒店有权在确认前更正或取消。

支付卡担保

提交预订时，您需要提供一张有效的信用卡，用于按酒店要求担保预订，或支付该房价所要求的押金/预付款。
提交支付卡即表示您授权酒店：在适用时收取押金或预付款；在您未入住或逾期取消时，按预订时显示的政策收取相应费用；以及在退房时结算您的住宿费用（除非您到店另行提供其他付款方式）。
卡号直接传送至酒店的预订系统；FlyBest 本身不会用您的卡收取任何费用。相关的数据处理方式见我们的隐私政策。
您确认您是持卡人，或已获持卡人授权使用该卡。

取消、修改与未入住

每个房价都有酒店设定的取消政策，并在预订时显示。请仔细阅读：有的房价可免费取消至某个期限，有的需要押金，有的是不可退款的预付房价。
取消或修改请联系我们（也可直接联系酒店）。取消以酒店确认为准；在取消期限之后提出的取消，或未入住，酒店会按其政策收费。
我们会尽力协助修改日期、房型或姓名，但修改后的房价与条件由酒店决定，可能与原价不同。

Virtuoso 及合作计划礼遇

部分房价包含 Virtuoso 或酒店合作计划的礼遇（如每日早餐、酒店消费额度、视情况升级房型、提前入住/延迟退房等）。礼遇以预订时的房价说明为准，由酒店提供。
房型升级及提前入住/延迟退房等取决于入住当日酒店的实际情况，无法预先保证。
礼遇仅适用于以对应房价预订的入住，通常不可与其他优惠合并，也不可折现。

您的责任

您必须年满 18 岁才能预订。
请提供准确的信息。预订姓名必须与入住时出示的证件一致；联系方式须有效，以便我们和酒店联系您。
请自行确认护照、签证、健康和入境要求；因不符合这些要求而造成的损失由旅客自行承担。
酒店会员号为可选项；能否累积积分或享受会员待遇，取决于该会员计划及酒店的规则。

酒店信息与网站内容

网站上的酒店介绍、图片和设施信息来自酒店及其预订系统，我们尽力保持准确，但不保证完整或实时。网站的文字、设计与视频（酒店提供的素材除外）归 FlyBest 所有，未经许可不得用于商业用途。

责任限制

酒店及其他供应商的服务由其各自提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，FlyBest 对酒店或其他供应商的作为或不作为、对我们无法控制的事件（如自然灾害、疫情、罢工、航班中断等）导致的损失，以及对任何间接或附带损失不承担责任。
在法律允许的最大范围内，FlyBest 就任何一笔预订对您承担的责任，以我们就该预订实际收到的佣金金额为限。

我们建议您购买旅行保险，以覆盖取消、行程中断、医疗和行李等风险。

适用法律与争议解决

本条款受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖（不适用其法律冲突规则）。如有争议，请先与我们联系，我们会尽力友好解决；无法解决的，双方同意由位于加利福尼亚州的法院管辖。

我们可能不时更新本条款；最新版本在本页发布并注明生效日期。您预订时生效的版本适用于该笔预订。

Terms of Use

Welcome to flybest.org. This site and its sub-sites (including the hotel search and booking engine embedded on our homepage) are provided by FlyBest (“FlyBest”, “we”, “us”), operated by Jay Yan, an independent travel advisor based in the United States and a member of the Virtuoso network of luxury travel advisors. By using this site or booking through us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book, in particular the sections on payment cards, cancellation and prices. How we handle your personal information is explained in our 隐私政策 · Privacy Policy.

Our role

FlyBest is a travel advisor and acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel. Your contract for the stay is with the hotel, which is responsible for providing the room and its services.
Booking through this site costs you no booking fee or service fee. We are paid by commission from the hotel; the price you see is the hotel’s price for that room and rate plan, and you do not pay more for booking through us.
Our advice is based on our professional experience and the information available at the time. The hotel’s actual services, facilities and benefits are provided by the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s terms.
Services we arrange for you outside this site (for example flights or bespoke itineraries) are covered by the terms we confirm with you directly.

Prices and currency

Rates are shown and settled in the hotel’s currency (for example, a hotel in Paris is priced in euros). If your card is billed in a different currency, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and a conversion fee, which is outside FlyBest’s control.
Whether a price includes taxes, service charges or breakfast is as described for that rate at the time of booking. In some destinations, city taxes, resort fees or similar charges are payable at the hotel and are disclosed in the hotel’s rate terms.
Rates and availability come live from the hotel’s reservation system and may change at any time. A booking is only made when you receive a confirmation number. If an obvious pricing error occurs because of a system or human mistake, we or the hotel may correct or cancel it before it is confirmed.

Card guarantee

To place a booking you must provide a valid credit card, which is used to guarantee the reservation or to pay a deposit or prepayment where the rate requires it, as the hotel requests.
By submitting a card you authorise the hotel to take any deposit or prepayment that applies; to charge the no-show or late-cancellation fee shown in the policy at the time of booking; and to settle your stay at check-out unless you provide another form of payment at the hotel.
The card number travels directly to the hotel’s reservation system; FlyBest itself never charges your card. Our Privacy Policy explains how card data is handled.
You confirm that you are the cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission to use the card.

Cancellation, changes and no-shows

Every rate carries a cancellation policy set by the hotel and shown at the time of booking. Please read it carefully: some rates can be cancelled free of charge until a deadline, some require a deposit, and some are prepaid and non-refundable.
To cancel or change a booking, contact us (you may also contact the hotel directly). A cancellation is effective once the hotel confirms it. Cancellations after the deadline, and no-shows, are charged by the hotel under its policy.
We will do our best to help with changes of dates, room type or guest name, but the rate and conditions after a change are set by the hotel and may differ from the original.

Virtuoso and partner-programme benefits

Some rates include Virtuoso or hotel partner-programme benefits (such as daily breakfast, a hotel credit, an upgrade subject to availability, or early check-in / late check-out). The benefits are as described for the rate at the time of booking and are provided by the hotel.
Upgrades and early check-in / late check-out depend on the hotel’s occupancy on the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Benefits apply only to stays booked on the corresponding rate, usually cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Provide accurate information. The name on the booking must match the ID presented at check-in, and your contact details must be valid so that we and the hotel can reach you.
You are responsible for checking passport, visa, health and entry requirements; losses caused by failing to meet them are borne by the traveller.
Hotel loyalty numbers are optional. Whether you earn points or receive member benefits depends on the rules of that programme and the hotel.

Hotel information and site content

Hotel descriptions, photos and facility details on this site come from the hotels and their reservation system. We do our best to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are complete or up to date. The text, design and videos on this site (other than material supplied by hotels) belong to FlyBest and may not be used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

Hotels and other suppliers provide their services themselves. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyBest is not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels or other suppliers, for losses caused by events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes or flight disruption), or for any indirect or consequential loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyBest’s liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the commission we actually received for that booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
We recommend that you buy travel insurance covering cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses and baggage.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally; if that is not possible, you and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its effective date; the version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking.
