Choosing the destination, matching you with the right hotel and room, dining, transfers, anniversary touches, the VIP-benefit conversations with the property: I think of these ahead of time, and I make sure they happen.

My travels span Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America and the islands, with real stays at hundreds of the world’s top hotels. Where others recommend from brochures, I judge from first-hand experience whether a hotel is truly worth it and which guests it suits. I never recommend the most expensive option — I recommend the one that fits you.

Honeymoon, anniversary, family holiday or multi-city journey — on every booking I secure the best possible treatment for you: room upgrades, welcome amenities, private experiences arranged, and a real person in your corner when something unexpected comes up. I follow through from start to finish.
